The room had a balcony with an unbeatable view of the Eiger. It was cozy with a double bed, TV, and free toiletries. The lounge area featured an honesty bar, a nice touch. Breakfast included fresh fruits and local cheeses. The super nice team, arranged transfers and giving insights on trails.

The shower had inconsistent hot water, yet the mountain view was amazing.

The room smelled of smoke, unacceptable in a nonsmoking area. I was shocked that no one even offered me a complimentary upgrade after such discomfort. While I appreciate Daniel's kindness, I did encounter a rather rude lady who raised her voice at my questions. I almost gave a glowing review but just couldn't.

The location is very near to jungfraujoh.
The pillow and the bed is too soft.

Staff was helpful and kind. The hotel is the the city centre and has a fantastic view on the mountains
The hotel has two building: a nice one looking like a typical Swiss chalet and a second one that is not really nice. We stayed there and we did not like it (we were offered any choice...). It needs to be renovated and you need to go to the main building to have breakfast.

Amazing views in Grindelwald 🏔️
The view from our balcony was just mind-blowing! Brekkie was lekker, and the vibe in the hotel was super chill. Chommie at reception helped us plan our hikes, a lifesaver!
Only downside was sharing the shower. A bit of a bummer but we managed.

A very pleasent hotel walking distant from the train station. View was great. Exactly as expected. The town sleeps early so suggest one looks for dinner early. Overall breathtaking. Overall expensive.

The reception was very friendly and helpful recommending the hiking routes. Breakfast was good. I stayed in a single room with shared bathroom which had no issue at all. Room was clean and the bath robe was comfortable.
Not really. It's a practical and homelike hotel. Not luxury but good enough for families or single travellers.

There are two buildings for the hotels, and I definitely recommend the one which is standing on the valley side (not the main building). The main building has an atmosphere of a swiss chalet, but the balcony/window faces the road when you see the Eiger, so it's quite noisy. There are also other buildings between the main building and the Eiger, so it's not recommended. On the other hand, the one on the valley side has nothing but gives a direct view of the Eiger, and all the rooms have balcony. It's excellent!

Staying at the Jungfrau Lodge brought a mixture of highlights and a few hiccups. The amazing views from the balcony were amazing, offering an unobstructed panorama of the Eiger, a view. Our room had cozy furnishings, with a clean atmosphere and a good vibe. Breakfast options included fresh fruits and local cheeses, although I did find the selection a bit limited after a few days. The vibe in the hotel felt warm, and there was a nice honesty bar in the lounge area where we could relax after our daily adventures. The lack of air conditioning stood out was great. The absence of a kettle in the room felt inconvenient too, especially for making late-night drinks. Our showers had inconsistent hot water, particularly at peak times. Dinner could be booked separately, but it would've been nice to have more dining options within the hotel for a more streamlined experience. The staff was polite, yet some seemed a bit overwhelmed, leading to long wait times during check-in and check-out.

Nice and clean. Located in front of the very nice view of Eiger and the small villages and breakfast is good.
If possible, it would be good to have a little more number and space of shower room. I was locked out in the mid-night. As there is no one at the reception, it will help to have an instruction in such a case.
